Pricing and Order Terms

Prices for all products and services are subject to change at the discretion of Pineapple Car Service. Updated pricing will be reflected on the applicable websites (pineapple.site or aboutcar.site) and via the iPhone App “Portals.”

For car wash services, final pricing may vary based on the vehicle's size and condition after an in-person inspection. For product purchases, pricing is subject to availability and may be adjusted or substituted with comparable products of equal or higher value if supply issues arise.

Payment and Refund Terms

If a payment method fails, customers must promptly arrange an alternative form of payment. Pineapple Car Service may initiate a collection process if no resolution is received within 24 hours.

Gift card and store credit purchases are final and non-refundable. For product returns, see our Returns Policy.

Ownership and Delivery Risk

Ownership of products transfers to the customer upon full payment and delivery. Responsibility for product condition also transfers at the time of delivery. If a delivery cannot be completed, we will attempt to leave the item in a secure location or return it to our depot. Additional storage or redelivery fees may apply.

Account, Rewards, and Checkout Options

Customers may check out as guests or register an account to access features such as order history and reward tracking. Pineapple Car Service offers a reward program allowing users to earn and redeem points. Participation in the program implies agreement to follow all applicable redemption rules and policies.

 

Pineapple Car Wash Terms (pineapple.site)

Service Eligibility and Adjustment

Pineapple Car Service may refuse or adjust pricing for commercially large vehicles (e.g., Sprinters) or for specialty add-ons. A walk-through and quote adjustment may occur on-site depending on the condition of the vehicle.

Coverage Area

Standard mobile wash services cover areas within a 25-mile radius of our main operating address in Sunnyvale, CA. Additional travel fees may apply beyond that range.

Appointment Timing

Due to traffic or unexpected delays, our detailers may arrive up to 15 minutes late. If more than 30 minutes late without notice, you may cancel or reschedule at no cost.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Rescheduling:

• Requests made before the service day: Free

• Same-day changes: 20% of the service price

Cancellation:

• ≥24 hours in advance: Free

• <24 hours:

  • PCW Members: Free

  • Non-members: 50% of the service price

Credit Card Dispute Resolution

We encourage open communication. Please reach out to our team before initiating a chargeback. Pineapple Car Service reserves the right to deny future service in the case of malicious or repeated unfounded disputes.

Product Availability and Delivery

All orders are subject to stock availability. In case of unavailability, we may offer substitute products of equal or higher value. If declined, a full refund will be issued.

Delivery is limited to the contiguous United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO addresses, or U.S. territories.

If a package cannot be delivered, we will attempt to leave it in a secure location. If not possible, the item will be returned to our depot. Additional storage or redelivery fees may apply.

 

Returns and Refund Policy

After service completion and inspection, Pineapple Car Service reserves the right to decline refund or dispute requests related to services already rendered.

About Car

If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 14 calendar days of the Shipment Confirmation. Products must be returned unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Defective Products

If you believe a product is defective, please contact us promptly through the email address listed on our Contact Us page with details of the defect. We will assess your claim and notify you via email about your eligibility for a refund or replacement within a reasonable time. Refunds or replacements for confirmed defects will typically be processed within 30 days. Refunds for defective products will exclude shipping costs.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Pineapple Car Service.

 

User Conduct

You acknowledge that your use of the Website, Portals, and Services is subject to all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. In addition, you agree to the following:

• To comply with U.S. and local laws governing online conduct and acceptable material.

• When using our website or mobile app, you agree that communication with us will be primarily electronic. We may contact you via email or post notices on our site. For contractual purposes, you agree to receive communications from us electronically and acknowledge that all such communications comply with any legal requirement that they be in writing.

• Not to use the Website or Portals if you are under 13 years old.

• Not to access the Website or Services using a third party's account or registration without that party’s express consent.

• Not to use the Website or Portals for illegal purposes.

• Not to engage in infringement of any intellectual property on the Website or Portals.

• Not to use the Website or Portals for commercial activity outside the scope of authorized Pineapple Car Service services.

• Not to copy, distribute, or republish Website or Portal content in print or online.

• Not to attempt unauthorized access to other systems through the Website or Portals.

• Not to interfere with other users' experience or enjoyment of the Website and Portals.

• Not to upload or transmit any viruses or other harmful files.

• Not to disrupt or compromise the security, resources, passwords, or network infrastructure of the Website, Portals, or affiliated systems.

 

Legal Notices and Enforcement

Rain Checks

Pineapple Car Service cannot control natural elements; therefore, rain checks are not offered. Users are advised to check the weather forecast before booking an outdoor service.

Injunctive Relief

In the event of a breach of these Terms, monetary damages may not be sufficient. Pineapple Car Service reserves the right to seek injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent continued or future breaches, without posting a bond. Notices in such cases may be sent via first-class mail to the user’s most recently provided address.

Proprietary Rights

All content and technology used on Pineapple Car Service’s websites and portals, including but not limited to designs, text, images, interfaces, software, and scripts, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without written consent.

Termination and Modification

Pineapple Car Service may modify, suspend, or discontinue access to the Website, Portals, or Services at its sole discretion without prior notice. This includes changes to features, interface, or functionality. Users will be notified in a reasonable manner if services are permanently discontinued.

Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pineapple Car Service and its affiliates from any third-party claims, liabilities, or expenses—including legal fees—arising out of your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

Photo Authorization and Liability

Photo Consent

By using Pineapple Car Wash services, you consent to Pineapple Car Service capturing photographs of your vehicle before, during, and after service. These photos may be used for quality assurance, internal documentation, customer service, and promotional purposes, including digital or printed marketing.

Limitation of Liability

Pineapple Car Service operates through a network of carefully vetted independent contractors. While we support customer satisfaction and dispute mediation, Pineapple Car Service is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal property unless otherwise specified by law.

Each affiliate or subcontractor is solely responsible for their compliance with legal standards and for any injuries, damages, or liabilities resulting from the services they perform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pineapple Car Service disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products. Users assume full responsibility for any risk associated with the use of our mobile detailing or product delivery platforms.

We do not guarantee that our websites or portals will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, nor do we warrant that defects will be corrected. The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information provided through the platform is not guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

Pineapple Car Service partners with vetted independent contractors to deliver services. While we assist in mediating disputes, Pineapple Car Service is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property during service.

Each contractor or affiliate is independently responsible for legal compliance, personal conduct, and any resulting injury, damage, or liability. Users agree to release Pineapple Car Service from liability connected to affiliate actions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pineapple Car Service disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, whether arising from contract, tort, product liability, or other legal theories.

Your continued use of our platform acknowledges your acceptance of these limitations. If you do not agree, your sole remedy is to discontinue using the service.
